If traveling by train, White Water World is near the Coomera train station on the train line between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Buses are available at the railway station.

If traveling by car, get on the Pacific Motorway (M1) and get off at the WhiteWater World motorway exit. There is free parking for more than 1600 cars and 15 buses. Disabled parking is near the front entry in the main car park.
